Employer National Insurance Contributions (NICs)
- The rate of employers’ NICs will increase from 13.8% to 15%, effective from April 2025. Additionally, the threshold at which employers start to pay NICs (known as the secondary threshold) will be reduced from £9,100 to £5,000 per year.
